The living room (45m\u00b2) has its original oak roof beams and exposed stone walls (“pierre jaune”) and a big original fireplace with a large Norwegian wood-burning stove. You have the use of a satellite TV ( you can receive more than a 100 channels)and a stereo-set with CD player.<\/p>\n

Part of the living room is a large kitchen very well equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove with grill and hood, a coffee machine, water cooker and dishwasher etc.<\/p>\n

There are three bedrooms. The first double room is fitted in local ‘Quercy style’: a cupboard and double box spring bed (140cmx200cm) and it has an oak floor.<\/p>\n

The second bedroom also has a double bed (140cmx200cm) and a cupboard. There is also a bedroom with one single bed (80cmx200cm) and a double bed (140cmx200cm)as well as plenty of storage.<\/p>\n

There is also a laundry room in wich you have the use of a washing machine, a 200-litter freezer and an iron. The white bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, basin and bidet. There is also a separate toilet.<\/p>\n

Under the house there is a garage. In the cellars under the farmhouse, you can also park, for example your bikes etc..<\/p>\n\n\t\t
